History
The Vaudreuil-Soulanges Intercultural Relations Committee (CRIVS) is an independent consultative body established nearly 20 years ago on the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory, bringing together players from different sectors around the issue of intercultural relations and immigration. From 2016 to 2024, CRIVS was coordinated by the Réseaux organization, thanks to funding granted by the MIFI as part of a Programme d’appui aux collectivités (PAC). The non-renewal of this funding, which expired in December 2023, led the organization and certain CRIVS member partners to reflect on a new, more concerted mode of coordination and, more broadly, to review the committee’s strategic planning.
